You will need Acrobat Reader to view the user guide. There
is a link to adobe on the previous download page, where
you can download Acrobat Reader for free.
Security Settings
There are some security settings which need to be updated.
See the section in the manual entitled Setting User Access.
The charts show the default settings and the steps to reach
the screens that need to be updated.
Allow 4 decimal places for ticket price
Although you could enter the ticket price as 4 decimals
this was not carrying over into the calculations. This has
been fixed.
Cancel Tickets
This screen has been redesigned for easier use. See the
section in the user guide for details.
Ticket History
When you are viewing a ticket record, you can change the
expiry date, if the ticket has expired. The button for changing
the expiry date can be seen only if the ticket expired within
the last year. This gives you some flexibility if you choose
to honour expired tickets. Sales Clerks do not have access
to this screen. Shift Supervisors can view the screen, but
the button does not display for them. Only Managers or level
Supervisor can change an expiry date.
Screen Sizing
Screen sizes have been adjusted to fit on a 15" monitor.
Detail Issuance Report
This report shows issuances by employee and customer.

- This release fixes the problem with scanning the barcode.
The serial number (ticket number) can only be 6 digits.
The 9 digits is too large to fit the space.

This
release fixes a problem with scanning the barcode. Any tickets printed prior to this installation, you will
likely need to type in the serial number rather than scan
it to redeem.

Included
in this release is barcode.exe. This installation will install the barcode on the
computer that the installation is run on. This allows you to be able to run TickeTrack from
a workstation computer without having to install the complete
program on the workstation.

If
you setup your ticket layout to print 5 or 6 lines, they
will now be centered top to bottom on the ticket.

Included
in the release is SetSerial.exe. This allows you to reset your serial number. Choose between entering a specific serial number
or allowing the process to run to determine the next consecutive
number from already issued tickets. Please use this process with care. Once you have set the serial number to what you
want, you may want to delete this program so it cannot
be used again.
