  • When I look back I think I was the first official customer of TickeTrack.  Now 8 years later I still think TickeTrack is an amazing program. For once I was glad to be on the bleeding edge. It is with out a question the single best investment I have ever made.  The program continues to run flawlessly and my Boca printer has printed thousands and thousands of tickets with out a single problem.  My regular customers love the discount when paying upfront and the streamlined check-in at the Proshop especially on league nights is a lot quicker then processing one round of golf on a charge card the staff really love it. The network capabilities this year and the enhanced reports have been great.   • We are extremely pleased with TickeTrack’s performance at Willow Valley golf course. Each professional ticket displays our logo and specific ticket information for each package. We even have the ability to personalize the ticket with “Happy Birthday” printed on it. We can now pre-sell inventory during slow times of the year and take advantage of the corporate market without having to offer special memberships. We’re closed during the winter months which would normally means zero income and continued overhead. With TickeTrack, we can generate income even during the off season.

  • With TickeTrack, the tickets are good for two years from the time of sale. A large cash infusion is provided every fall just prior to the annual price increase, which helps carry the course through the winter months. The system fully tracks the sales and receipts of all prepaid golf rounds. TickeTrack’s reporting system is very flexible and generates complete audit trail reports. It automatically defers the income from the sale of tickets until the tickets are redeemed. It makes my job a snap!

  • TickeTrack is not just a minor add on to green fee sales, it is a way of doing business. TickeTrack has allowed us to be more aggressive with our pricing structure than we would have been otherwise. In fact, the more we raise our rates, the more tickets we sell in October to golfers trying to beat the price increase. By the end of October each year we usually have about half of the next year's rounds sold through TickeTrack. This is a great confidence boost at budget time not to mention a cash flow boost. We are also noticing a trend towards tickets being sold more evenly throughout the season as golfers realize that they don't have to buy exactly one season's worth each fall. They are buying tickets as they run out, regardless of the time of year.
