The TickeTrack support team consists of individuals who are trained to resolve application related software issues. The help line is available 9-5 Monday to Friday EST and is covered under the support plans as described below. Email support is also available and will be answered within 24 hours. If necessary a call may be made to answer your question. Please provide contact information including phone number when sending an email for support or leaving a voice message.

SUPPORT AND LICENCING FOR CLIENTS OF TICKETRACK
The price of the issuances that you purchase to be able to print tickets covers the cost of all upgrades and email support. The cost of support is also included based on the schedule below.
Support calls not covered by the plans will be charged at a rate of $90.00 per hour with a minimum fee of $25.00 per phone call. The fee must be paid before support is provided. Payments can be made on the web-site.
All TickeTrack users with a valid license will receive free email support. Please check the manual or FAQ page before calling for support.

The support plans do not include training, recovery of data from any problem, including but not restricted to, lightening strikes, hardware upgrades or malfunctions, or corrupt data files. Any programming required for the recovery of data will be charged at the current rate as stated above.

Compendium Industries is not responsible for warranty or other service on hardware. The manufacturer holds the warranty for all hardware purchased through Compendium Industries. COMPENDIUM INDUSTRIES END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE TICKETRACK SOFTWARE:
This Compendium Industries End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Compendium Industries for a Licensed Software product, which includes computer software and associated documentation (hereon in referred to as “TickeTrack Software"). The TickeTrack Software also includes any updates and supplements to the original TickeTrack Software provided to you by Compendium Industries. Any product provided along with the TickeTrack Software that is associated with a separate end-user license agreement is licensed to you under the terms of that license agreement. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the TickeTrack Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use or install the TickeTrack Software.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
The TickeTrack Software is confidential and protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The TickeTrack Software is licensed, not sold. The TickeTrack Software remains the property of Compendium Industries. Any enhancements or new developments in the TickeTrack Software, which result from requests or suggestions of the Licensee, become and remain the property of the Licensor.
GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (including sub-licensing) license to install and use a copy of the TickeTrack Software for your business to be installed on one computer or computer used as a server. The Licensee will NOT install the TickeTrack Software at multiple sites nor provide the activation code to any other sites to which it is not issued.
TERM OF THE LICENCE
The term of the license shall commence upon the date of the activation of the TickeTrack Software by the Licensor. Subject to the terms of this agreement, the license shall remain in force while the Lessee is not in default of any payment due to the Licensor under this agreement, or until such time as the Licensor becomes unwilling or unable to maintain the software.
LICENCING FEE
The Licensing Fee is based on a ‘Price per Ticket Issuance’ system. The Licensee will purchase the ‘Ticket Issuances’ in advance to issuing tickets. This ‘Ticket Issuance’ allows the Licensee the right to ‘issue’ tickets using the TickeTrack Software.
In consideration of the TickeTrack Software as supplied under this agreement, the Licensee shall pay the current ‘Price per Ticket Issuance’ as indicated on the web-site www.ticketrack.com. Pricing is subject to change and known Licensees will be notified accordingly. The Licensee agrees to pay the ‘Price per Issuance’ as found on the web-site www.ticketrack.com prior to receiving an activation code which will then give the Licensee the right to issue tickets.
The Licensor will provide the activation code in as timely a manner as possible. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to monitor the ‘Ticket Issuance Remaining Number’ to allow sufficient time for the Licensor to process the Ticket Issuance order and issue the activation code.
SUPPORT PROGRAM
The Licensor will provide support as outlined above. The Licensor reserves the right to determine chargeable support services.
ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
All known Licensees will be notified of software upgrades as the upgrades are available, provided that the Licensee account with the Licensor is in good standing. Enhancements resulting from requests or discussions with any Licensee will be provided to all Licensees as a part of the Licensing Fee.
OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
* Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly. The Software in both object code and source code form includes valuable trade secret information of Compendium Industries. You may not make any copies of the Software beyond the number necessary to exercise your license rights in the TickeTrack Software, and shall not provide copies of the TickeTrack Software to any third party. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the TickeTrack Software or otherwise attempt to gain access to the source code for the TickeTrack Software.
* Transfer. You may not rent, lease, sell, sublicense, lend or otherwise transfer or assign your rights or obligations under this EULA to any person or entity.
* The Licensee acknowledges that he has not received any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, as to the potential volume or profits that may be derived from the use of the TickeTrack Software.
* Reservation of Rights. Compendium Industries reserves all rights not expressly granted under this EULA.
TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this license at any time by giving notice of such termination to the other. Compendium Industries may satisfy this notice requirement by publishing a notice of termination on the Compendium Industries website, which exists on the "World Wide Web" at the address www.ticketrack.com.
The Licensee may terminate the license by notifying the Licensor that they do not wish to purchase Ticket Issuances. The Issuance screen will be unavailable and the Licensee may continue to use the other areas of the program. The Licensee will NOT be entitled to support or TickeTrack Software upgrades.
In the event the Licensee fails or neglects to make any payment as set out herein, the Licensor may at its option:
a) Repossess any or all of the components of the TickeTrack Software.
b) Delay delivery of Support and Enhancement Services
c) Delay delivery of the activation code.
COPIES
Compendium Industries and its suppliers retain all ownership of the TickeTrack Software and all copies thereof. Except as expressly provided in this EULA, you may not make copies of the TickeTrack Software, except as reasonably necessary to run, install or use the TickeTrack Software in accordance with the uses for which you have been granted this EULA.
EXPORT
You agree that you will not export or re-export the TickeTrack Software, any part thereof, or any process or service that is the direct product of the TickeTrack Software, except in accordance with all applicable Canadian export restrictions.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada excluding its conflict of laws rules. In any action or suit to enforce any right or remedy under this EULA or to interpret any provision of this EULA, the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such suit or action, and you hereby agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Compendium Industries with respect to the TickeTrack Software, and replaces all other agreements or representations, whether written or oral. The terms of this EULA cannot be modified by any terms in any printed forms used by the parties in performing the EULA, and can only be modified by express written consent of both parties. If any part of this EULA is held to be unenforceable as written, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, and will not affect the enforceability of any other part. The original of this EULA is in English. If it is translated into another language, the English language version shall prevail.
NO WARRANTY
LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED AND STATUTORY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY
RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED AND WITHOUT COMPROMISE TO SECURITY SYSTEMS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS "AS IS," AND "AT YOUR OWN RISK."
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
COMPENDIUM INDUSTRIES AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, LOSS OF PRIVACY, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF COMPENDIUM INDUSTRIES OR ITS SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF COMPENDIUM INDUSTRIES AND ITS SUPPLIERS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE THAT CAUSES THE DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME PROVINCES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.
