Create Your Own Tickets

Tickets are available in 7 2-colour combinations.  Each ticket has 3 white areas that are printed in.  The first is for your logo, the 3rd is for the unique bar code.  The middle space is for you to print the information you want on the ticket.  You can choose 5, 6 or 7 lines of text.  On these lines you can choose an expiry date, a text field that you enter what you want.  You can also choose blank lines, customer name or department.  Your golf course name and ticket description must be printed on each ticket.

Suggestions for ticket descriptions are 9 Holes Anytime, 18 Holes Weekdays, Dinner & Golf, Cart Rental, ½ Cart Rental, Junior 9 Holes Anytime, Complimentary, $50 Gift Certificate etc.  Any description that you choose can be used.  Just be sure that your text fits in the space available. 

In the text fields you could enter Have a Great Day!, Merry Christmas, Please wear soft spikes!  Again, whatever you choose.

Who is Using TickeTrack

Every type of golf course can and are using TickeTrack, Public, Semi-Private, Private and Member Owned have all found a way to use TickeTrack to benefit their course.

Private golf courses use tickets for their members to bring guests.  Semi-Private and Public golf courses use tickets for golfers who don’t want to commit to memberships and some have even gone so far as to do away with memberships.  Tickets can also be used for Corporate Packages, no need for one card to be shared among employees.  Some courses use the ticket packages as membership packages.  Member Owned golf courses use tickets for seasonal visitors.
